Your Ascendant or Rising Sign
The ascendant is the astrological
sign that was rising on the eastern horizon at the time of your birth.
Some astrologers still hold with the belief that the ascendant is more
important and more indicative of a person�s character than is the Sun
sign, while the majority of astrologers believe that the Sun sign is
most important. However, still others believe that it is the combination
of all the planets in each of their signs, that is most important. I am
one of the latter. I believe that we are each a product of each sign
present in our charts. However, I do agree that a native�s �real�
personality is brought to the fore through their sun sign.
